"Not the same as being good at teaching," he counters even as he squeezes Wei Ying's hand in thanks for the compliment. In truth he has concerns he would be too cold for the students of this place but Wei Ying is an entirely different matter.

"Think Wei Ying would be very good," he says with a soft smile. Just the thought of Wei Ying instructing small children seems correct. He was natural with A-Yuan in a way Lan Zhan knows he could never be. "Like that idea very much."
